Labinot Hajdari, PhD
Founder / Executive Director

Dr. Labinot Hajdari is the founder and Executive Director of Kosovo International Summer Academy. He is also co–founder and Director of the Kosovo Center of Diplomacy. Dr. Hajdari is a lecturer at the Collegium Civitas, Poland, and at the International Business College Mitrovica, Kosovo. Labinot is a Doctor of Social Sciences in Political Science and Public Administration from the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw, Poland. His Ph.D. dissertation was on "Public Diplomacy of Small States: the case of Kosovo". He was awarded a Scholarship for Ph.D. studies, from International Visegrad Fund (2017-2019). Dr. Hajdari is a member of the Editorial Board of a polish academic journal "Przegląd Europejski" ("European Review"), and External Reviewer of the journal "Securitologia". He completed his Master’s studies at the South East European University in North Macedonia, where he received a Master’s degree in Diplomacy Studies (2011-2013). Labinot worked also at the Rectorate of the University of Prishtina. Previously he was the Lead Editor for Europe and Balkan region at the Czech News Agency PressEXPRESS.eu. Mr. Hajdari was also co-founder and Program Director of the Preparing Global Leaders Institute. From 2013 - 2015 he was coordinator of a regional project ‘’Build Bridges, Not Walls: The role of University in Peacebuilding’’, a regional project supported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Norway, implemented by the Norwegian Helsinki Committee. In 2014, Labinot was appointed as Secretary of Local Organization of the 1st Itinerant Summer University in the Balkans “Accession to the European Union and identity of the Balkans” French-German-Balkanic’’, an international project implemented in cooperation between Franco-German University, Université Paris Ouest-Nanterre-La Défense (France), Universität Münster (Germany) and University of Prishtina, Kosovo. His main scientific fields are International Relations, Diplomacy, Public Diplomacy, Small States, Conflict management.

Judita Krasniqi, PhD
Program Coordinator

Dr. Judita Krasniqi is the Program Coordinator of Kosovo International Summer Academy. She is full-time professor at the International Business College Mitrovica, Kosov. Judita is a Doctor of Social Sciences on Political Science and Public Administration from the Faculty of Political Science and International Studies, University of Warsaw, Poland. Her Ph.D. dissertation was on "International Women’s Rights Law versus Traditional Societies: Practices of Exclusion of Women from the Right to Property and Inheritance in Kosovo". Judita obtained her MA Degree in International Relations, European Studies, and Area Studies, at the Institute of International Relations of the University of Warsaw, Poland, and her second MA in Human Rights and Democracy in SEE at the University of Sarajevo and the University of Bologna (ERMA). She was awarded with Erasmus Mundus full-cycle scholarship for her MA studies in UW, Poland. Judita has been engaged with civil society organizations in Kosovo, focused mainly on Human Rights and the Rights of Women, particularly the economic empowerment of women and the right to property and inheritance.


Mrs.Lularta Aliu
Human Resources Expert

Mrs. Lularta holds a BS in Business Administration with concentration in Human Resources Management, from Ashworth University, ATL USA and a Masters in Diplomacy from South East European University. Mrs. Aliu is Manager and Consulting Human Capital Development for Deloitte Kosova and Albania. In addition she has full time experience in teaching and coaching business ethics for companies with up to 22 thousand employees worldwide. The wealth of experience she brings serving in the Middle East(Iraq, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Dubai) as HR Professional for over 8 years to a venture is vast, with particular emphasis on the identification and development of new business opportunities, strategic and tactical planning through her extensive background in HR generalist affairs. She has experience in employee recruitment and retention, staff development, mediation, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance. She also has demonstrated success in negotiating win-win compromises, developing team building programs, and writing personnel manuals, corporate policies, job descriptions and management reports.

Yll Muriqi
Alumni Relations Officer

Yll Muriqi is a master student in Public Administration and Diplomacy. Yll has received his Bachelor’s degree in Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Political Science in University of Prishtina (2010 – 2013). He works as development, planning and coordination officer in Trainkos ( Kosovo Railway’s). He has participated in numerous trainings and conferences related to leadership, diplomacy, media, etc.
