Because of the intensive nature of the program, KSA has strict attendance policy.

The KSA takes place during ten intensive days so daily attendance is required in all classes.

The students must inform the staff in advance about any unavoidable planned absence. In case of unforeseen absence (e.g. due to illness), the student must inform the KSA Office as soon as possible.

• Receiving the certificate of completion requires a minimum attendance of 80 percent of classroom hours (the absence may not exceed 20 percent regardless of the cause).
• Students who have been absent for more than 20 percent of classroom hours will not receive a certificate of completion.
